  1. COVID-19

    Q. What if my experience is affected by COVID-19?

    1. All winners will have a minimum of 12 months from the date of the winning notification to take their prize, in the hope that government restrictions will ease over the coming months. If a winner has booked a Staycation or Day Out prize with our fulfilment partner and is unable to take their prize as originally planned due to government restrictions relating to COVID-19, then our fulfilment partner will work with winners on a case-by-case basis in order to resolve this.

      Wherever possible, our fulfilment partner will seek to rebook dates, book an alternative Staycation or Day Out option or book an alternative location in order to enable winners to take their prizes.

      Prize claimants must follow Government travel guidelines at all times. Please see the Government website here for the most up to date information regarding the COVID-19 pandemic.

      Despite Staycations being within the UK/Ireland, we advise that winners take out travel insurance including COVID Cover so that, in the event their Staycation needs to be cut short or cannot take place due to illness, they can make a claim on their travel insurance to recoup any losses.

  2. The Promotion

    Q. What is the promotion?

    1. Go to www.nestle-promotions.co.uk/staycation or scan the QR code on the back of selected packs to be in with a chance to win a Staycation worth up to €/£1,500 (inc. €/£200 travel allowance) every day or 1 of 201 Days Out worth up to €/£100. Enter your name, email address, county, country of residence and the last 4 digits of the barcode found on the back of your promotional pack between 00:00 03.05.21 and midnight 27.06.21.

      An additional 1x Staycation prize and 10x Days Out prizes are available to be won in each late entry draw: 28.06.21 – 19.09.21 and 20.09.21 – 03.05.22.

    Q. How long is the promotion running for?

    1. The core promotional period will run from 00:00 03.05.21 to midnight 27.06.21. After the core promotional period, there will still be an opportunity to win a Staycation or 1 of 10 Days Out prizes in each of the 2 late entry draws:

      1. The first late entry draw period will run between 00.00 on 28.06.21 and midnight on 19.09.21.
      2. The second and final late entry draw period will run between 00.00 on 20.09.21 and midnight on 03.05.22.

      Entries are valid for the applicable draw only and will not roll over.

    Q. How do I enter the promotion?

Enter your full name, email address, county, country of residence and the last 4 digits of the barcode found on the back of your promotional pack.

    Q. Do I need to be connected to the internet to enter the promotion?

    1. An internet connection (Wi-Fi or 3G/4G) is required to enter on the promotional microsite.

    Q. How often can I enter and how many times could I win a Staycation or Day Out prize?

    1. There is a maximum of two entries per person per day and each barcode that is entered onto the promotional microsite must be a separate purchase with a corresponding itemised receipt in order for the entry to be valid.

      A maximum of one of each of the prize tier prizes can be won per person or a maximum of one of each of these can be won by a household only during the promotional period

    Q. Do I have to purchase a promotional product to enter?

    1. Unless you are a resident of Northern Ireland, you must purchase a promotional pack to enter the promotion. Once you have purchased a pack, visit www.nestle-promotions.co.uk/staycation to enter.

    Q. I’m a resident of Northern Ireland, how do I enter?

    1. If you are a resident of Northern Ireland, you have the option to enter via our no purchase necessary route by sending your name, age, full postal address and email address to: Nestlé Staycation Promotion NPN, Consumer Services, Nestlé UK Ltd, Haxby Road, York, YO91 1XY.

      Once the request has been verified, a 4-digit code will be provided via email, which can then be entered on the promotional microsite (www.nestle-promotions.co.uk/staycation) in order to enter the promotion.

      Only one entry per stamped, correctly mailed envelope. A maximum of 2 claims permitted per person throughout the promotion period. No Purchase Necessary applications must be received by the Promoter no later than later than 25.04.22. Only applications received by 20.06.21 will be processed before the end of the core promotional period.

      Applications processed between 21.06.21 – 13.09.21 will be entered into the first late entry draw. Applications processed between 13.09.21 – 25.04.22 will be entered into the second and final late entry draw.

    Q. I sent in a postal entry from Northern Ireland, but I haven’t received a response. What should I do?

    Q. I have won a €/£1,500 Staycation which includes a €/£200 travel allowance. How do I claim my travel allowance?

    1. Winners will receive a travel allowance of £200 (UK, CI & IoM) / €200 (ROI) to be spent on travel for their chosen Staycation. Eligible winners will be given further instructions on how to claim their travel allowance, once they have successfully passed verification checks. The travel allowance will be issued either via Paypal, Money Order, BACS transfer or cheque. Depending on the method of payment chosen by the winner, details such as a valid postal address and/or email address may be required.

    Q. How old do I have to be to enter?

    1. You must be 18 years or older to enter this promotion.

    Q. How are winners notified?

    1. Daily Staycation draws during the week (Monday to Thursday) will be drawn the next working day. Friday and any weekend draws will be drawn the following working day, Monday or in the case of Bank Holidays on a Monday, on the Tuesday after the Bank Holiday.

      Following these draws, if you are a winner of a Staycation prize within the core promotional period, we will contact you via email within 24 hours of the relevant draw taking place. If you are a winner of a Day Out prize, within the core promotional period, you will be notified immediately on screen and will be asked to immediately submit further information including your address in order to verify the claim. If you cannot complete the form immediately, a winning email containing a link to submit this additional information will also be sent within 24 hrs if you’ve won Monday to Thursday and the next working day if you’ve won between Friday or Sunday, or on a Bank Holiday.

      If you win a Staycation or a Day Out there will be a request for further information such as proof of ID (Staycation winners only) and address. Once verified, lucky winners will be contacted via email by our prize fulfilment partners in order to book their Staycation or Day Out.

      If you are a winner in our late entry draws, you will be contacted via email within 2 weeks of each of the late entry draw closing dates. You will receive an email containing a link to submit further information including your address in order to verify the claim.

    Q. Do I need to keep hold of my promotional wrapper?

    1. You should retain your winning pack with the barcode and proof of purchase as you will need this to verify a claim.

    Q. What details will I need to enter?

    1. To enter the promotion, you need to provide your full name, last 4 digits of your barcode, county and country of residence and a valid genuine and contactable email address.

    Q. I am not in the UK. Can I still enter?

    1. Only residents of the UK, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands can enter the promotion.

    Q. How many prizes are available to win?

    1. There are 56 x Staycation prizes worth up to €/£1,500 to be won between 00:00 03.05.21 and midnight 27.06.21. There will be one winner chosen randomly each day from all valid daily entries.

      An additional 1x Staycation prize is available to be won in each late entry draw: 28.06.21 – 19.09.21 and 20.09.21 – 03.05.22. The winners will be drawn at the end of each late entry draw and we will contact winners via email about their prize within 2 weeks of each closing date.

    Q. Can I choose my own staycation?

    1. Winners can choose their preferred Staycation prize from the list of Staycation options available to choose from including:

      1. Boating Staycation – (multiple locations & types of boats to choose from) 4 night boating staycation for 4 (minimum 2 cabins); self-catering basis; local attraction included.
      2. Forest Hideaway Staycation – (multiple locations to choose from) 4 night mid-week break for 4; sharing a 2 bed Silver Birch cabin; private hot tub; in cabin entertainment package.
      3. Cottage Staycation – (multiple locations to choose from) 7 night cottage staycation for 4; minimum 2 bedroom; self-catering basis; welcome hamper included.
      4. Glamping Staycation – (multiple locations to choose from) 4 night glamping staycation for 4; self-catering basis; breakfast hamper included.
      5. Coastal Staycation – (multiple locations to choose from) 2 night stay for 4; twin or double rooms; daily breakfast included; local attraction or dining experience included.

      Our prize fulfilment partners will be on hand to assist winners in selecting and booking their prize. They will book the prize on behalf of the winner and will confirm all details via email confirmation once booked.

    Q. How long do I have to take my Staycation prize?

    1. All Staycation prizes won in the core promotional period and within the first late entry draw must be booked and taken by 30th November 2022. After this period, your prize will become invalid.

      Staycation prizes won within the final late entry draw must be booked and taken by 30th June 2023. After this period, your prize will become invalid.

    Q. How will I receive my prize?

    1. If you are a lucky winner of one of the Staycation prizes we will contact winners via email about their prize within 24 hours (Monday to Thursday) of the draw to confirm the claim process. Friday and any weekend draws will be drawn the following working day, Monday or in the case of Bank Holidays on a Monday, on the Tuesday after the Bank Holiday. There will be a request for further information such as proof of ID and address. Once verified, lucky winners will receive a phone call or further email by our prize fulfilment partners in order to book their Staycation prize.

      If you are a lucky winner of one of our late entry draws, you will be contacted via email within 2 weeks of each of the late entry draw closing dates, following the same process as the core promotional period.

    Q. How many prizes are available to win?

    1. There are 201 x days out prizes worth up to €/£100 to be won between 00:00 03.05.21 and midnight 27.06.21. Upon entering the promotion, entrants will be notified immediately on screen if they have won a Day Out or not and winners will be asked to immediately submit further information including their address in order to verify the claim. If you cannot complete the form immediately a winning email containing a link to submit this additional information will also be sent.

      An additional 10x days out prizes are available to be won in each late entry draw: 28.06.21 – 19.09.21 and 20.09.21 – 03.05.22. The winners will be drawn at the end of each late entry draw and we will contact winners via email about their prize within 2 weeks of each closing date.

    Q. How will I receive my prize?

    1. All winners of a Day Out will be notified immediately on screen and will be asked to immediately submit further information including their address in order to verify the claim. A winning email containing a link to submit this additional information will also be sent within 24 hrs if they’ve won Monday to Thursday and the next working day if they’ve won between Friday or Sunday, or on a Bank Holiday. Please make sure the email you use when entering the promotion is correct as this is how we will notify you about your prize.

  5. Issues/Problems

    Q. I’m having trouble reading my barcode, who can I contact?

    1. Nestlé does not assume any responsibility for barcodes damaged or defaced in the way the product packaging is opened. If you cannot read your barcode due to a genuine printing error, you should contact Nestlé Consumer Services either by email at: consumer.services@UK.nestle.com or by telephone on Freephone 00800 6378 5385 (UK + ROI) and a replacement 4 digit code will be sent to you. Any request for a replacement code must be received by 20.06.21 for the core promotional period, 11.09.21 for the first late entry draw and by 25.04.22 for the final late entry draw.

    Q. The microsite doesn’t recognise the last 4 digits of my barcode. What should I do?

    1. Firstly, make sure you’ve entered the last 4 digits of your barcode exactly as it appears on the back of pack. If you’ve already entered twice within 24 hours you will be unable to enter again that day. If you are still getting an error message and you are not sure why, please contact the Nestlé Consumer Services team either by email at: consumer.services@UK.nestle.com or by telephone on Freephone 00800 6378 5385 (UK + ROI).

    Q. My computer / the website crashed as I was entering the promotion, how will I know if I’ve entered successfully?

    1. A valid entry has been made if:

      1. You entered the last 4 digits of your barcode on the microsite home page and a confirmation message is displayed. This will confirm whether you’ve won a Day Out prize or not if you entered before midnight on 27.06.21. Days Out winners during the core promotional period should also receive an email within 24 hrs if they’ve won Monday to Thursday and the next working day if they’ve won between Friday or Sunday, or on a Bank Holiday.
      2. If you are entering after 27.06.21, then you will see a thank you message displayed on the screen.

    Q. I haven’t received a win notification email; does that mean I’ve not won?

    1. Firstly, please check your email Spam/Junk folder in case the win notification email has inadvertently been filed there. Please note that only winners of the days out prizes will receive a winner’s email within 1 hour of the core promotional period. Winners of the Staycation prize will be notified via email within 24 hours of the relevant daily draw to confirm the claim process. Winners of Staycations within weekend draws will be notified, by the email provided on entry, within 72 hours. Staycation and Day Out winners in the late entry draws will receive an email within 2 weeks of each of the late entry closing dates.

    Q. I haven’t received a winner’s email, but I think I have won, who should I contact?

    Q. The website isn’t loading / working properly. What should I do?

    Q. Can I cancel my prize once I’ve claimed?

    1. If you’re selected as a lucky winner, you cannot cancel your prize. However, you can choose not to proceed with your claim.     Q. Can I cancel my prize once I have booked?

    1. Once a Staycation or Day Out booking is made, and confirmation details have been sent, you have agreed to the Operator’s terms and conditions. Make sure you understand the Operator rules regarding changing or cancelling a booking (particularly at short notice) as a refund will not be offered by Nestlé in the case of infringement of these rules. A replacement Staycation or Day Out prize may be supplied by Nestlé in the event of cancellation by the participant owing to circumstances beyond their control.
