These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy of your information.
The Promoter takes data protection seriously. By entering in this promotion, you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy, and agree to these Terms and Conditions of the promotion. By submitting any information required as part of their participation into the promotion, participants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018.

Eligibility
- This promotion is open to United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), Isle of Man, Channel Island and Republic of Ireland residents aged 18+ only and excludes employees and the immediate families of Nestlé UK Ltd (“the Promoter”), its affiliated companies, agents or anyone else professionally connected to the promotion.
- Internet access required.
- Purchase necessary. Please retain promotional pack and a valid till receipt or copy of online order showing the purchase of a promotional pack before the date of entry and within the stated promotion period for each entry. For the in pack, instant win part of the promotion, retain winning insert.
- Maximum 1 entry per person per day into daily prize draws and maximum of 1 prize type per person and maximum of 1 prize type per household. This applies to all periods of the promotion, including the main promotional period 21.04.2025 - 13.07.2025 and the late entry periods, ending the 20.04.26.
- Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups, agents, third parties or syndicates will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this or any other condition by, for example, the use of programme, application, script, brute force or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified, and any prize awarded will be void.
- Each entry to the prize draw aspect of the promotion must have a new promotional pack and unique receipt as part of the entry requirements.
- Anyone trying to circumvent the rules stated in these Terms and Conditions by using alternative details will be disqualified from this promotion.
- All winners must have a UK, Isle of Man, Channel Island or Irish valid address and a UK/Irish or equivalent bank account to claim their prize.
Promotional Period
- Within this promotion there are two opportunities to win available for entrants:
- In pack Instant Win
There are 10 lucky £/€10,000 cash prize winning promotional packs which have been allocated by an independently verified process across participating promotional packs. As all prizes have been allocated randomly, not all pack variants or retail outlets may have a bubbleless bar / bag / bubbles and a winning insert. Whilst all prizes are available to be won, not all winning bubbleless bar / bag / bubbles insert may be found or claimed. Any prizes not claimed within the stated promotional period will become void and removed from the promotion. Instant win prizes, once found, can be redeemed at any time during the promotional period, opening 00:00 21.04.2025 and ending 23:59 20.04.2026. - Daily Prize Draws
Main promotional period: The main promotion for daily prize draws is open between 21.04.2025 - 13.07.2025. Entries are permitted between 00:00 and 23:59 each day, for each entry, you must have purchased a promotional product.
Late entry periods:- Each entry submitted between (00:00 14.07.2025 – 23:59 22.11.2025) will be entered into the 1st late entry period draw.
- Each entry submitted between (00:00 23.11.2025 – 23:59 20.04.2026) will be entered into the 2nd late entry period draw.
In instances where promotional stock is in the marketplace in advance of the planned promotional start date of 21.04.2025, anyone who has purchased a promotional pack ahead of this date still has an opportunity to enter a daily draw after the promotion commences, within the daily limits and subject to the conditions within these terms. In the event that a Headline Prize is found before 21.04.2025, prize claims from winners will be accepted and the fulfilment process will begin once the Promotion Period has opened. The Promoter will allow consumers to submit their entries at any point during the main promotional period, as long as they keep their receipt and promotional pack from the date they purchased it.
Entry Requirements
- For your chance to win one of 10 x £/€10,000 in winning packs, participants must:
Purchase a participating promotional pack of Aero® (subject to availability and while stocks last- see Clause 14 below for participating products) between 21.04.2025 – 20.04.2026. Winning packs will contain a bubbleless bar, bag or bubbles with a winning insert including details on how to claim.- If you find a winning bar/bag/bubbles, call the number featured on the winning insert.
- You will be required to share, personal details on the phone including: your full name, email address and the unique code found on the winning insert, you will then be asked to provide further information in relation to the winning pack to assist with the claim process before claim validation can take place.
- Please note that each of the 10 lucky winning packs will contain Aero product made with bubble-less chocolate plus a winning insert, which will be required to validate the claim.
- Please retain promotional pack, winning insert and receipt as they will be required for prize claim. The bubble-less product can be kept or eaten.
- To enter for a chance to win £/€100 in our daily prize draws, participants must:
- Purchase a participating promotional pack of Aero® between 21.04.2025 – 13.07.2025, subject to availability and whilst stock lasts (see clause 14 below for participating products). Entrants must retain promotional pack and receipt for verification purposes if they win.
- Scan the QR code on pack or visit www.aerochocolate.co.uk/lost-bubbles and follow the directions to the promotional microsite.
- Enter full name, email address, county and the last 4 digits of your pack barcode to be entered into the daily prize draw.
- Entrants into the main promotional period will be entered into the corresponding daily prize draw to win €/£100 cash prize. Daily draws during the week (Monday to Thursday) will be drawn the next working day. The daily draws on a Friday, during weekends, or bank holidays will be drawn the following working day.
- Winners will be notified via email within 2 working days if they are a winner of their relevant daily prize draw.
- All daily prize draw winners will be asked to follow the instructions within the email for verification to claim their €/£100 cash prize.
- To enter for a chance to win £/€100 in our late entry draws, participants must:
- Late Entry Draw 1: All entries received between 00:00 14.07.2025 – 23:59 22.11.2025 will be entered in the first late entry draw and winners will be notified, by email, within 2 working days of the draw taking place.
- Late Entry Draw 2: All entries received between 00:00 23.11.2025 – 23:59 20.04.26 will be entered in the second late entry draw and winners will be notified, by email, within 2 working days of the draw taking place.
- Each receipt can only be used once. Entrants who do not give correct details, provide inaccurate or the wrong or incorrectly dated receipts or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified.
- Incomplete, illegible, misdirected or entries received outside any promotional period will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promotor takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.

Prize Details
Headline £/€10,000 cash prize- There are 10 x £/€10,000 cash prizes paid via BACS available to be won across the entire promotional period (21.04.25-20.04.26) via randomly seeded winning Aero® packs.
- Any lucky bar, bag or bubbles will contain a winning insert with details on how to claim the prize. The prize must be claimed by 23:59 20.04.2026. After this date, any unclaimed winning packs will be declared null and void.
- Winners must retain the winning insert found in the pack and be able to provide the unique number on the insert to verify their claim.
Prize draw prize of £/€100
- There are 90 x £/€100 cash prizes and 10 x £/€10,000 cash prizes available to be won in total across the entire promotion.
- No alternative prize(s) will be provided in whole or in part. All prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable, and non-refundable. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, the prizes will only be awarded directly to the winners.
- There are a total of 90 x £/€100 cash prizes paid via BACS to be won across the entire promotional period, with the breakdown as follows:
- 84 prizes in the main promotional period (00:00 21.04.25 – 23:59 13.07.25). 1 x £/€100 per daily prize draw). If any prizes remain unclaimed, they will be allocated into the first late entry draw.
- 3 prizes in the first late entry draw (00:00 14.07.25– 23:59 22.11.25). 3 x £/€100 per prize draw. If any prizes remain unclaimed, they will be allocated into the second late entry draw.
- 3 prizes in the second late entry draw (00:00 23.11.25– 23:59 20.04.26). 3 x £/€100 per prize draw.
How to claim prizes
- For the £/€10,000 cash prizes, see details on insert in the winning pack. There will be one winning insert only inside each winning pack. Further instructions will be given to the winning entrants including the details of what is required for a BACS transfer.
- Once winners have been verified and valid bank details have been supplied, all cash prizes will be sent via BACS. Please allow for 7 working days for the prize to show up in a bank account following the valid claim and the completion of the verification process. It is each winner’s responsibility to ensure that they provide valid UK or Irish bank details for prize fulfilment.
- It is the responsibility of the winners to supply the correct personal information, inclduing checking their valid address to claim their prize. The Promoter will not be held liable for non-delivery of a prize due to the provision of incorrect information. The Promoter will be unable to amend a payment once a winner’s details have been submitted at the verification stage.

Winner selection and notification
- A total of 10 winning Aero® packs with a winning insert have been randomly distributed via an independently verified process into promotional stock available for distribution to the market place. This allows consumers the opportunity to purchase any of the winning packs during the promotional period. If your Aero® pack does not contain the lucky product (bar, melts (bag) or bubbles) and winning insert then unfortunately you have not won this time.
- Please note that the 10 lucky winning packs have been randomly seeded from the total universe of products available and therefore not all product variants (bar, melts (bag) or bubbles) may contain a winning insert.
- Bubble-less products that do not have a valid winning insert do not equate to a win and any claims received without a valid winning insert will not be accepted.
- Each winner of the £/€10,000 prizes (10 in total) will be verified by Nestle Consumer Services and an independent third party, following receipt of information as stated on their winning insert. During this verification process the Promoter will request winners address details to allow the promoter to dispatch a secure verification pack and pre-paid postage label. In this verification pack, the Promoter will request winners to post back securely the winning insert, promotional pack & receipt plus information to validate the claim. The secure verification pack will be dispatched to the address provided during the phone call within 2 working days. The information required includes: their full name, confirmation of their mobile number, proof of ID including date of birth (passport, driving licence or equivalent form of ID that clearly states each winner’s date of birth), email address, their UK/Irish bank details and county of residence to assist with verification and fulfilment of their prize, to announce them as a winner (if no objections arise) and to arrange BACS transfer. The financial information will be required to complete prize fulfilment. Inaccurate information may result in the prize being forfeited. Winners will have 14 days to send the required information from first contact with Nestle Consumer Services. However, if a winner does not send the above within 14 days, or if a selected winner is ineligible, rejects their prize or is otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or unable to take up the prize for any other reason, the Promoter reserves the right to declare the prize null and void.
- Please retain any winning communication details until any prize has been verified. The bubble-less chocolate may be eaten.
- For the daily and late prize draws, all eligible entries will be entered into the corresponding prize draw. The winners of the daily prize draw will be selected via a randomised computer process on the following working day. The winners of the late entry prize draws will be selected via a randomised computer process within 2 working days of the late entry period closing (by 26.11.25 and 22.04.26). A winner will be redrawn if they have won a daily prize or late entry prize previously. If multiple winners of a daily or late entry prize are selected from the same household, only the first entry will be accepted and all other prizes will be redrawn.
- Winners of the daily and late entry prize draws will be contacted via email to the email address provided on entry within 2 working days of the corresponding draw date and will have 14 days to confirm entry criteria as per clause 11 in order to claim their prize. If a winner has not responded within 14 days of initial contact, rejects their prize or is ineligible, then the prize has therefore not been successfully claimed, and the prize will be forfeited. The Promoter will then draw and contact a reserve from the relevant prize draw using the same methodology as above. This process will repeat twice during the main and late entry period. If any prizes remain unclaimed after the second late entry period, these prizes will be declared null and void.. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their connections during this time in case they are a winner.
General
- The Promoter shall have sole and final determination as to which entries are genuine and therefore eligible to take part in this promotion. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding with regard to all promotional matters.
- In ROI this promotion is carried out under the Licence issued issued by Dundalk District Court and held by Dundalk Simon Community, Seatown House, Jocelyn St, Townparks, Dundalk, Co. Louth. The purpose of this lottery is to raise funds to help homelessness in Ireland.
- The Promoter is not responsible for the acts or default of third-party suppliers, but will endeavour to resolve any issues that may arise.
- Limitations of liability: Neither the promoter, it’s agent or anyone professionally connected to the promotion, assume any responsibility or liability for:
- Any faulty, incorrect, erroneous or failed electronic data transmissions;
- Any difficulties in entering or claiming, any entries/claims delayed or corrupted, or any loss arising out of such an event.
- Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regards to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion.
- Inaccessibility or unavailability of mobile signal, the internet or any combination thereof. Any unauthorised access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of barcodes at any point during the operation of this promotion;
- Any damage, injury or loss of earnings incurred directly or indirectly in relation to this promotion.
- If, for any reason, any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by system virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
- The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion, the fulfilment of the prizes and/or the use of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for packaging, winning insert, proof of purchase and address and identity details including date of birth (passport, driving licence or equivalent form of identification clearly showing the winner’s date of birth), which they must provide within 14 calendar days and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement, and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the spirit of the promotion or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise, where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.
- By taking part in the promotion the prize winners agree that the Promoter may contact them to ask for their consent as to whether they want to participate in reasonable marketing activities and publicity relating to the promotion only. Such publicity may include, without limitation, the entrant’s name and/or if consent given, image or statements made by entrants concerning the promotion and/or prize obtained as part of the promotion. Winners are not obliged to agree to any requests.
- Subject to the Promoter's Privacy Policy, the £/€10,000 cash prize winners’ surnames and counties of residence will be available by sending an email request to consumer.services@uk.nestle.com with ‘WINNERS LIST: Nestlé Aero The Lost Bubbles’ in the subject line, for a period of 3 months following 20.04.2026. When contacting this email address, your request will be actioned in line with Nestlé's Privacy Policy and the Promoter reserves the right to refuse any or all such requests. If any winner objects to their information being published, then they can contact the Promoter by emailing UKI.Dataprotection@uk.nestle.com with the subject line Nestlé Aero The Lost bubbles Activation’. The Promoter nevertheless will disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.
- If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
- The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of the participating country and any disputes as to the meaning of these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the participant's local courts.
Data Protection
- The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and the auditing of the entries where necessary and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent/you have opted-in to receive future marketing communications. The surnames and counties of residence of verified winners will be made available as set out above and winners can object to this by emailing UKI.Dataprotection@uk.nestle.com. Otherwise, your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 as applicable.
